What we collect and why

• Enquiries – when you use our contact form, email or call us, we use your name, email address, phone number and message to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
• Clients – to provide our services and bill for them we keep names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and order history in our secure client area. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legal obligations (e.g. tax records).
• Domain registrations – registries may require extra information, such as a CRO number or proof of address for a .ie domain. We pass this to the relevant registry as part of your application.
• Support tickets – our helpdesk stores your name, email address, phone number and the details of your request, so we can help you securely.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with third parties where needed to provide a service you’ve asked for (for example, domain registries and SSL certificate providers), under agreements that require them to protect it in line with GDPR.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we protect your information

Personal information is kept on password-protected systems, and all connections to them are encrypted with SSL/TLS. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Cookies

This website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work, such as remembering a form you are filling in or keeping you logged in to the client area. We don’t use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

The map on our contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when the map loads but does not set tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

• get a copy of your personal data, in a machine-readable format if you wish
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted (the “right to be forgotten”)
• restrict or object to how we use your data
• move your data to another provider
• withdraw your consent at any time
