Accessibility statement

24 Hosting wants everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

Our standard

This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design and build our clients’ websites to the same standard.

What we’ve done

• A “skip to main content” link and a logical heading structure on every page
• Everything works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline
• Text and buttons meet WCAG contrast ratios – our maroon and white colour scheme exceeds 7:1
• Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers
• Menus, accordions and forms use the correct roles and labels for screen readers
• Animations are switched off if you choose “reduce motion” in your device settings
• Pages reflow on small screens and when zoomed to 400%
• Prices are in real tables with headings, so screen readers can read them in order

Known limitations

Some older PDF documents and third-party pages we link to (such as our client area and domain registration pages) may not fully meet the standard. We’re working on it.
